After meeting with the general manager, Mike Wilson, I can change my review on the dealership. Mike understood that I was not upset at all about the money, but I was upset in the way the situation was dealt with. I could care less that I was not able to purchase the car and had the truth been told to me 3 days before there never would have been an issue. Mike looked at this as a opportunity to turn this into a teachable moment and save me as a customer at the same time. When it comes time to get the Charger I want, Mike will be the first person to know.

I recently worked with the used car department on purchasing a car I've really been wanting. On a Monday I was in contact with a sales person where we exchanged emails on the vehicle I wanted along with all of my expectations. Credit reports, trade in payoff, trade in mileage, my acceptable monthly payments, etc... The next day I was informed that everything looked to be in order and set an appointment up for Friday morning because I travel during the week for work and have no time to waste half a day at a dealership. The appoint was also to confirm trade in conditions and to finalize financing to take delivery of the car. The entire week I was very excited about the car because it was the one I wanted 2 years ago and this would have been my 2nd purchase from this location. I arrived to my early Friday morning appointment only to have my expectations crushed just when I thought there was an easy, respectable way to have a transaction in the car purchasing process. Instead of informing me Tuesday that they could not meet my expectations they waited for me to get emotionally attached to the purchase and hit me for an additional $10k Friday morning. Due to the lack of respect for me and my time I will never consider purchasing from this dealer group again. I will take my perfect credit score and flawless payments to another dealer that can appreciate me. My wife and I went to the dealership interested in a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Sport that we had been researching. Our salesman Ken Jones was friendly and knowledgeable. Before we started the process I told Ken that for a brief time I had been in car sales and did not want to go through all the hoops that most dealerships like to put you through. He wasn't taken aback at all and assured us that that would not be the case. He was true to his word. He showed us 2 models of the vehicle we wanted and once we made a choice we were quickly able to get the numbers we wanted to make a deal. We traded in a vehicle and got a very fair value for the trade. Financing was very quick and painless with Kenneth Clark. The whole process was done in about 2 1/2 hours. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.
