My ignition switch suddenly started acting up. I had it replaced as part of a recall in 2016, so I was not happy. I called Nyle Maxwell and explained the situation. I spoke to Alan, he said they couldn't give me an appointment for 15 days. I explained to him that it was my only vehicle and that my daughter was expecting twins anytime, so I really needed my vehicle now. He told me to drop it off and said they'd look at it but it wasn't necessarily the ignition switch. I ...took it to service and I was met by Alan, he couldn't start my car, and I left it. I have to say I was expecting to hear from them until right before they closed and then find out they weren't going to fix it, requiring me to take it somewhere else. I was shocked when Alan called 3 hours later, informed me that my Jeep was repaired and their was no charge. One compliant I have is speed of service to complete an oil change. Being the 3rd person to arrive it took two hours. The first guy to arrive was still there when I left and he came just for an oil change. Other than speed of service my visit was great, and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.Hopefully the slow service was due to the cold or being short staffed.

I came into Nyle Maxwell I was in a terrible financial situation, and then I needed help desperatly. Other dealers told me I was upside down now and there was no way out but Warren Bolden, Darren McCay worked the numbers and created a miracle. They not only got me out of my negative equity but they got me the vehicle that I wanted and all the options I wanted and I am no longer upside down. They discounted the vehicle so much that they were able to absorb the negative equity and put me at 90%loan to value! I will never forget that and I have been a Mopar owner for 10 years now and I think I will be apart of the Nyle Maxwell family for 20 or more years to come.
